Les is an excellent project manager and has dealt with me over several small painting jobs, interior and exterior, with professionalism and courtesy. The work is done efficiently and neatly, and communication is timely. Billing is transparent. I would highly recommend Perfect Painters / Perfect Renovations group, and Les in particular.

I am so impressed with Adel and the team at 416-SO-CLEAN. They picked up my rug on the same day I called, offered an educated opinion on what should be done to clean it, and returned it within the timeframe specified. They moved my furniture to access the rug, and moved it all back perfectly. They were accessible by phone and email, and always replied quickly, even after hours. Moreover, when I called them to ask if they could possibly come back and reposition the rug (no fault of theirs), they were gracious and obliging. I would not hesitate to recommend 416-SO-CLEAN to anyone, and will be using them again in the future. Customer service like this is not easy to come by.

Ramiro and his wife did an excellent job restoring my damaged grout and marble tiles, as well as restoring the entire shower. They were impeccably clean and detailed in their work. My bathroom looks fantastic - prices are very fair for this level of workmanship. I appreciated Ramiro's expertise and he offered helpful advice to maintain our bathroom in its present state. I would definitely recommend Ramiro to anyone looking for this type of service.
