My front door is oak. It faces west and so 20 winters and summers have taken quite a toll on it, splitting the largest panel in a few places. Four years ago, I thought I would have to replace it. But Glen of Finer Edge is an artist and not only made it look new but wisely convinced us to stain it darker. He returned this year to bring it back to a state that has convinced visitors it is a new purchase. I get Glen to touch it up in the years in between major refinishing. I cannot recommend his work highly enough!

I watched the crew from Awash Roofing replace my neighbour's flat roof last fall. And I listened to them. I was impressed with the crew's commitment to doing a good for the customer. The crew lead would point out where things needed to be done right. So I called them, they quoted quickly and competitively. And we were not disappointed with our results either. I appreciated Kabreab's advice on skylights i.e. to stay away from mechanical opening skylights in areas one can't reach on a ladder. We are very satisfied with the results. The job looks considerably more professional than when the house was new 20 years ago.
