Michael called after the first visit to see if the noise was recurring and it was, so he arranged to come a second time telling me there would be no charge. He ordered the part necessary and installed it within 20 minutes. The noise, a rattling sound, has not recurred, and the fridge is running smoothly. He was polite, efficient, and careful with the fridge contents. If I need service for any other appliance, I would hire Appliance Repair Genie again instantly.
