We dealt with Ecoline three years ago and were happy then. I ordered new doors and windows from them and am very disappointed now. Their new policy is that they won't begin work until they have the full payment, which, after this instance, I understand, as I would have withheld payment until our doors were correctly installed. With multiple issues, we have yet to be able to get the salesperson, the service department, or their scheduler to contact us.
