Bought a house from this builder, then covid hit. The bank was slow to give me the mortgages despite my pre- approval. The financial came to a hault. While, I waited for my approval, PINEWOOD charged me $500 day INCLUDING weekends and demanded 25k additional deposit to grant me an extension. They refused all alternatives during the height of covid. Took my deposit and sold the property for an additional 60k.
