My whole experience with clera was horrible! Initial installs done very poorly had to come back 5 times so far to fix installation errors. It's now been a year and I'm still fighting to get my brand new door that blows open in the wind replaced, my three out of six windows that freeze closed in the winter, my two missing screens yes a year later and a few other issues. I have been chasing my local rep since Oct 8 2020 for answer on when my doors will be in. I've paid in full over a year ago and still have a list of 7 things that need repair. Oh and by the way the works left an olfa knife blade out that my 3 year old brought to me and ask what it was. As unhappy as it gets Martin Sept 22 2021 Hi six months ago I had to resort to using this site to get my job completed after waiting six months they magically showed up two weeks after my review. Now it has been 6 months my front door is still scratched three of my windows are damaged from installation. Almost 3 weeks ago I sent an email in asking for paint so I could finally fix this myself still no response as to how much longer I will wait and now my front door is leaking into the basement when it rains I have given clera windows and doors plenty of opportunities without reaching out to online media at this point after two years I need this horrible ordeal done I would not wish this on anybody.
