We called Total Care Appliance Repair because our 13 year old fridge was always running, but not cold. Ronen was able to come inspect the fridge within a few hours and diagnosed the problem, replacing a failed defrost timer and de-iced the coils inside the fridge. The fridge has been running smoothly since!

Sina and his team did a complete remodel of our bathroom, as well as a dishwasher install in our kitchen (including electrical and plumbing) and a ceiling fan in a second bathroom. Sina was great to work with throughout the renovation - friendly, honest and a great communicator. There were some minor delays due to issues with materials and fitting around our vacation, but Sina stayed in touch throughout and made sure to complete the work around our schedule. We are really happy with the work.

We recently moved to an older house and discovered water damage beneath our basement stairs. Terry and his crew assessed the problem and repaired the area, adding some internal waterproofing. We also took the opportunity to install a backwater valve. The team was professional and Terry was very friendly and helpful explaining all of the work. He also completed the necessary paperwork so that we got the full rebate from the city ($1250). The next week, Terry offered free use of his camera to help identify an unrelated blockage in our house's drainage system. I highly recommend Terry and the team at Direct Waterproofing.

Matthew and the team cleaned out our vents and ducts and were quick and professional. They showed us video before and after so we could see what was done. Matthew also gave me advice on changing the air filter to make sure the ducts and air stayed clean, which I was grateful for since I hadn't considered since moving in earlier this summer.

We booked Dr. Tubs to reglaze our bathtub. They were very easy to deal with and we were able to obtain a quote and schedule the work within 1 week. The technician was friendly and did a great job, and our tub now looks like new.

We hired Ecosparkle to clean our newly purchased bungalow before we moved in. It was a great price for two staff and 3.5 hours cleaning. We were very happy with the job done on the top level including window sills, cupboards and floors. However the basement did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. The floors and lower kitchen cabinetry contained a lot of debris/dirt that we had to clean ourselves. Most of the dirt was easy to remove so it seems unlikely those areas received much attention. If it weren't for the bargain price we would be more hesitant to recommend this company.

Andres and his team did a great job on our click lock engineered hardwood bedroom floors. They pulled out the old flooring, screwed down the subfloor, and installed underlayment and trim in two rooms. Andres communicated very well throughout the process and even picked up some of the materials I had forgotten. The job was done in under two days and our home is much improved. We called Tile & Grout Restoration to clean around the tub and tile in the main floor bathroom of our new home. There was a buildup of mildew and mold around the tub. The technician was polite and professional and worked hard to get our tub in incredible shape. We are glad we made the choice to revitalize the old tub instead of spending thousands on a bathroom renovation. I fully recommend their services.

Michael was able to do the inspection on less than 24 hours notice and provided the report the same day. On site Michael answered my questions patiently and pointed out the most significant findings. We were able to negotiate $5,000 off of the final price based on the findings of the inspection. Unfortunately because the inspection didn't include areas difficult to access due to storage, it did not discover a crack in the concrete floor in the basement with a buildup of dampness and mold that we did not discover until after closing. We understand the limitations of the inspection but are disappointed it was not detected by the thermal camera. It is possible that other companies would not have discovered this either, but I would recommend purchasers advocate for extra care related to foundation issues.
