My rental hot water tank finally broke, and leaked and made quite the mess. Luckily I had one of those inexpensive water leak monitors and it alerted me pretty quick so I was able to drain the tank before too much damage. This left us in an urgent situation needing a new tank pronto. Dwyane responded in a timely manner, with a fair quote and his guys came within hours to replace the tank and were also good enough to return the rental for me. We also had them install our fireplace years ago and also excellent.

My elderly parents needed new curtains for their old bay window in their older home. Mike came to the house and had a great selection and then took care of everything, Everything was installed and done perfect. Would not hesitate to use again.

Basement bathroom was always cold in the winter so I got one of those in the wall heaters to be installed the guys came and hooked it up to the breaker panel running the wire through the drop ceiling and into the wall and installing the heater. A+ work

Arrived on time, helped Pedro move off deck onto lawn and he went to work. Pedro did a great job and so glad I had it cleaned it looks great.

Washer repair. Came back from vacation with a ton of laundry to find the washer not draining Called North Durham appliance on a Sunday afternoon and they were here first thing Monday morning and fixed it up in no time Would definitely recommend and use their services again

My 3rd project with Bildam. When time came to have a permanent outdoor gazebo/pavilion built in our backyard I didn't hesitate to call Adam. Bildam just finished our basement the summer prior. Bill and the crew are top notch. Bill went to the extra trouble of pulling up the deck to make sure the structure was bolted properly and would never come down. Once again, thanks, and will be in touch for any future projects.

Hired Wayne to pre wire for our basement reno and then setup everything after. From start to finish Wayne is great. Hired wired internet for us for our home theatre, setup all the a/v equipement, etc, all the things I just didn't have time for and now realize I am out of touch with, Wayne knows his stuff! I will be getting him back to do more!

Always had Bildam in mind for when we wanted to get our basement finished, and was not disappointed. Job took longer than we thought but that was also due to my particular requests. Bill and the entire crew are top notch. Quotes are reasonable and expected. Our basement is perfect and many thanks to Adam and Bill and the team.

Hired Ralph to paint our entire basement after we had it finished, as he did a good job for us before, and he did so again. I also hired him to do some fixes and painting at my parents. Would recommend and I will use again.

Not much else I can add that the other reviewers haven't already said. At the start of my basement reno the contractor noticed 3 cracks that needed to be fixed and the brought in Clarke Basements, and Fitz did a great job and was a pleasure. He also took the time to explain things to me and why it was being done. Would hire again.

These days due to the horror stories you hear about some moving companies, its nice to know there are still honest and friendly and reliable movers out there. On time, on budget, great people. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Have used them twice now, once a couple years ago to do the runners on my oak staircase, and now just recently to do my parents kitchen floor and stair runners, as well as basement steps (full carpet). Price was fair and far less than Sears. Everything went smooth and installers were great.

Hired to build a raised garden bed out of cedar and fill with soil. Everything was great. Shannon and crew worked fast and efficient and cleaned up. Thanks for the great job. Would recommend and use again.
