I too lost my deposit. I too got ghosted. I too was left an unfinished mess without permits. I was left a dangerous unfinished mess actually. Post holes left in the ground that my 83 yo mother injured her ankle on. NO railing whatsoever left on the second story balcony... that's when they disappeared.
