I hired this company to lay ceramic tile in a kitchen, bathroom and foyer. After. A few days the tiles became loose and the grout began cracking. I called Emir to ask him to come and repair. He said he would come in a few days and didnt show up. I called again and he said he would come on the weekend. He again did not show. I called a third time and he said it was to far to come. I had to pay another person to repair. Upon inspection it was found that the underlayment was not installed correctly, the tiles had not been glued down as they should. I trusted this company based on reviews and the warranty. It was a disaster dealing with this company and would not recommend.
