They have good builders, but no warranty.
Purchased a townhouse from them. During the building process everything was great. Good communication with for foreman. (myself worked in the building industry- rebar for more than 10 years.) So 3 months walk-through the rohit on-site staff said they will fix the crack on my garage floor right the way and I said let it settle a bit and fix it at 1 year coz concrete will need some more time to fully settle or it will just crack again. The garage floor is also the foundation as well. Then I submitted my request through the warranty site and the pandemic hits. The whole thing sink like stone and rohit just missed the request totally. Then I followed up a few month later and their warranty team just rejected the request said those cracks are within the limit by looking at a far away pic. My conclusion is Rohit doesn't care about warranty. Spend your money somewhere else.
