The service we received from Marco far surpasses any other home inspection we have had over the years. It began days before the inspection when he took the time to speak at length with me by phone to discuss the possibility of building a garage on the property. The guidance he provided was invaluable. The inspection itself was detailed, and aided by state-of-the art equipment. Using his infrared camera, Marco was able to point out standing water in the ceiling and the walls. We learned that not only does the roof need replaced, it needs replaced immediately. He also pointed out deficiencies in the electrical and HVAC systems, insulation, grading, and appliances. It just goes to show that although a house may "show" well, it may have serious deficiencies. Marco saved us a lot of headaches and money by pointing all of this out before we purchased.
