One of our burners on our stove stopped working from low to med (worked from med to high). We called and were told $80.00 service fee, which is deducted from cost of the bill to fix it. We went ahead with them. 80.00 service fee turned into 280.00 fee to take off the glass stove top, to be told that we need an infinite switch that would cost 315.00. I found the exact part online for 40.00 bucks. But they already have you for 280.00 bucks, so what do you do, find another company and pay another service fee... nope... they got you now, so you have to forward with their price gouging.
