Extremely unprofessional and non-transparent company, resulting in a nightmare job. 100% increase from original quote without any disclosure or request of my approval, and job itself was extremely disorganized. (Several issues throughout the job including issues that I am dealing with today that are not covered by warranty) BLM took me to court leading to a lengthy 1 year process settling to an amount I was happy with. This all could have been avoided if they were transparent professional and organized but unfortunately they are the complete opposite.
