The inspector did a great job of guiding us through our new home, documenting and explaining potential issues. The inspector was extremely patient and took the time to provided detailed explanations, and gave us the opportunity to ask many questions. The inspector showed up early, and provided the typed report within 24 hours. I would use this company again, and will recommend it to others.
