Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his Safety 1st approach, with respect to all the COVID Protocols, as I have young child at home. Very happy to have my Washer back in order. The Technician also addressed a few concerns I had with my Dishwasher, much appreciated. If I have any Appliance repair needs in the future, I won't hesitate to reach out to Polar Tech. I've already passed their name on to a couple contacts.
