I called a few Homestars for a quote and Ruslan came out the following Monday, started and completed the project on Friday and did an amazing job. He added troughs to the back of the third floor of our house and put in a new drain pipe. We are very pleased and we recommend you hire this company.

He showed up on time and charged $95 off the top...then the labour charges began. After a few minutes, he had to leave to 'meet his boss' and we didn't realize we were being charged during this meeting and while he 'shopped for parts'. He installed the flame sensor but sold us on a new thermastat that we are still not sure was even required. We called his boss afterwards who agreed to remove this charge for an unnecessary thermostat - that took $200 off the massive bill. The cost jumped up to $835 and with the reduction, we were left with a $635 bill. I feel completely ripped off. Look somewhere else for service!
