Ashley responded very quickly, quoted a reasonable price and provided excellent advice on the work needed on 2 mature backyard trees: pruning, elevating the canopy, thinning & balancing the crown, removing dead branches with disposal & cleanup included. From his initial site visit to the final cleanup, it was a pleasure having this knowledgeable, professional crew work on our property. They were prompt, courteous and very careful to avoid damage to the gardens under the fall line of the branches being trimmed. Turn around time from us accepting the quote to their job completion was 2 days. Very impressive work, thank you.

Better posted late than never ... A few years ago my ageing Ariens snow blower wouldn't start. A major 'snow dump' was forecast so I contacted Duane. He had it running in about :20 minutes after putting in a new spark plug. I felt dumb but grateful for the prompt, courteous sertvice.

We contacted Rainbow to replace our front walkway with a ramp for mobility scooter access to the main entry. (What i call my "tripless walkway ;) After discussing various options with Rob we decided on poured concrete, lightly textured to prevent slipping. Once the locates of gas, water and electrical services were complete the crew removed the 25 year old interlocking steps and had the new graded frame in place with 6 sonotube foundations and re-bar. The cement truck arrived early next morning. After 2 days to 'cure' the paving company seamlessly replaced the driveway for a smooth easy transit from door to the street. We are extremely pleased with Rainbows efficient and courteous work from start to finish. and would definately recommend their skills for a worry-free experience. Well done guys and THANKS. We wanted more natural light to a center stairwell but did not want to endure a major skylight install project. Denis and crew made it happen, two weeks later with a 14" Sun Tunnel. Excellent communication with total attic/roof inspection and experienced suggestions, inside & out. Paid more than expected for a custom fit so I sure hope they cleaned all my eavestroughs ? Thanks.
