From my experience, they take pride in a job well done. As a general contractor licensed by the City of Toronto, they are fully bonded. Behind every phone call is the dedication, experience and long-standing quality that goes into every Remodel Project. Chris is our go-to contractor because I can count on him to do the job, be meticulous and on budget. We have used their services now almost as long as they have been in existence. He is also very accessible, listens and is a very flexible and creative problem solver. I like to know my choices and select the best option. He and his skilled workers have an uncanny ability to solve design issues. They have classical good taste and have no problem integrating the owner's ideas with a thoughtful consultation of the pros and cons. They carefully explain every detail and are always responsive. The projects are completed on budget with no surprises, delays or drama. Their workmanship is top-notch by a group of highly professional and greatly talented people who take pride in every project. They are organized and neat . During the job, they make every effort to protect the area and furnishings before starting, stay as neat as possible during the work. Then they finish the work on time, and leave the home cleaner than before they started! They offer a superior service at a competitive cost because the satisfied customer is a returning customer. They were able to rethink the door framework so we would not lose space with the bar when we transferred from oil to gas. Since space is the final frontier in Riverdale we appreciated that. The carpentry and framework were excellent. Tim is meticulous and detail-oriented. You could tell by the the cuts, framing, and corners in a tight area. That area was made safe, as they knew a baby would be entering the picture. All the workers, including the subcontractors, are polite and communicative and work around your schedule. Since so many things in life depend on household appliances, it is very important to find the right people to do repairs for you. Our highly technician arrived as quickly as possible with the part to provide us with the best exceptional quality repair services in the GTA! They are good communicators, friendly, reputable, , comprehensive and reliable. Mayor took time to diagnose the source of the problem and gave me tips to extend the life of the washing machine. Central tree Care Ltd is fine when they are doing the work for you but if you are not a customer they are less than professional. A tree on Garnock was cut down and instead of using that owners property illegally trespassed and dumped the huge tree stumps on ours. Entitlement, careless and unprofessional. A tree behind our property and across the lane on Garnock was cut down and instead of using that owners property( plenty of space) illegally trespassed and dumped the huge tree stumps on ours. This act of illegal dumping was selfish, rings of entitlement, careless and unprofessional in my opinion. The owner only had a few thin logs and his property which looked pristine. In contrast, we had the whole darned tree which looked like the aftermath of a hurricane. Only when we approached the owner and the live in who assisted the company ( on tape) but denied it, and advised them that the police have been phoned, did it hastily get removed. Clearly the area is colour coded (posts/ gravel )and defined. A true professional would seek permission if unsure. After coming home from work, this is not what I wanted to see. Ironically we have no trees which( were removed by an arborist for various reasons and the same company)and now we have someone else's illegally dumped trees from trespassing on our property. They left garbage as icing on the cake. Since it is a much delayed and anticipated new garage I did not appreciated the area being treated like a garbage dump. I maintain my residence and pay taxes so this won't occur. I do my due diligence and go through the proper channels. Don't just think of your customer because your reputation extends beyond that.

We were given exact estimates with regard to the quantity of materials required and advice with regard to the best places to purchase them. We had time constraints regarding the project finish date and the Remodel Construction Home Improvement People made sure to start and finish the job well in advance. Chris is a true gentleman. The craftsmen were consummate professionals who took pride in every facet of the job, every detail , were precise and patient. Dedicated craftsman were assigned to the project from start to finish rather than hoping from client to client mid-way. The contractors were extremely professional and knowledgeable in a variety of fields. They arrived on time every day and they made sure that they cleaned up at the end of each day. They provided us with advice and options as needed to ensure that we would be more than satisfied with the finished product . They took the time to accompany us to the supplier when needed to purchase material. Remodel makes the journey a great experience from start to finish because they are personable and driven to achieve customer satisfaction. I really consider them family now. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t wish to play Russian roulette with contractors. They are dependable, reliable and true to their word.
