I am extremely happy with the work done by Twelve Points Duct Cleaning. The staffs were polite and professional and the cost of the service was very reasonable. I was so pleased with the work done I called my sister immediately and recommended their service. Thanks Robert and crew for a job well done.

I was very satisfied with the work done. Mr. Rowe is very polite, I also like that they were very punctual and the cost to clean my home was very reasonable.

When the Fresh Air Duct Cleaning crew cleaned the vents in my house I was extremely impressed with the service they provided. They arrived on time and was very professional. Thank you Robert and crew for a job well done. Going forward when I need the vents in my house cleaned I will definitely give you a call and I will recommend your company to my friends and family.

Welda's salesperson that we spoke to was fantastic. Unfortunately, the rest of the job wasn't so great. We had little to no communication with the installers and there were little imperfections in the finished product that in my opinion could have been avoided.
