Between the sales call and the actual installation everyone actually showed up ahead of schedule for my appointments, which was great! Steve came to my house to provide a quote and he came prepared with lots of material and knowledge. After I sent him my chosen pieces he was very fast with the quote. Between being on-time/early and the quick quote, Bast beat out the competition for my money. The guys that came for the install were very friendly and personable, it was a great experience. We even had a good laugh when they found a dozen or so socks stuffed behind the old insert for insulation! If Bast provides a service you need, I would highly recommend them!

I had a shower reno done in Kitchener by Robbie and Adam. It was a complete gut, rebuild, and tile. They did a great job and I'm quite happy with the end result. I was working from home at the time and really enjoyed being able to give my input as the job progressed. And warned when it was going to get really noisy! At the end of the day everything was kept reasonably clean. Next up is a kitchen reno and TROC will definitely be our first choice.
