Bought a new dishwasher from Costco to install the old one that came with our recently purchased home. Put up a request on Homestars and Kyle was the first to respond. The pricing was also very competitive and based on the reviews here, I decided to go ahead with his services. He arrived as scheduled and did a great job in installing the new unit. Ran a few test cycles to check for leaks etc and also helped with the haul-away and disposal of the old dishwasher. He also checked our existing laundry unit and gave an honest assessment that spares with labour would be bad option vs just getting new ones. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service provided and would definitely consider Graham Martin again for any future appliance repair/install work I have.

Manveer and team did a fantastic job at our new home. We wanted to get rid of the carpeting on the first floor and replace it with some good laminate flooring. Manveer provided several samples and a very competitive price point. He also went above and beyond to pick up the laminate of our choice from another store. His team did a very thorough job with the flooring on the first floor of our new home and we couldn't be happier. The work was expertly executed with no gaps or lose panels. We also got potlights with dimmers done on the ground floor and the passage on the first floor. He again delivered great quality on this job and helped replace the circuit breaker as well to accommodate the large number of lights. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a well executed home reno project.
