Don is a problem solver extraordinaire! Elvis Renos came highly recommended to me and I could not be happier with the results. I have 100+ year home that needed some extra bracing for the floor. Don was very responsive, he brought in additional expertise and communicated clearly to ensure I had a full understanding of everything that was happening, which I greatly appreciated. On the day of the install Don discovered an unrelated issue with my plumbing stack that was set to cause a huge and costly problem in my basement. Again, he communicated quickly and clearly and had a solution at the ready and at a price that I think many other contractors would have charged a lot more for considering the urgency of the issue and the extra time it took. Don and his team, all of whom were very professional and diligent, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done right and not just a "Fix it for now" solution. I cannot thank them enough. 10 out of 10 will work with Elvis Reno's again.
