Sign roofing has the excellent customer services & top professional staff from all levels. I am lucky to have both Edward & Jay plus the exceptional crew of staff serving my roofing replacement. Edward impressed me with his exceptional patience, fair, informative & genuine manner to guide me through the decision. He goes above & beyond to assist & recommend the best option to help saving the cost but get the optimal protection & durability meeting my expectations. At the end, he even did more extra fixing going up the roof himself & surprised me with an unexpected upgrades to make his job to a perfection. Jay & his crew surprised me with their early arrival at 7:15am & all well planned to finish the job by 3pm to avoid the drizzle shower just came right after their clean up. The addition of more staff to fulfill the plan shows their commitment to their customers to be served with the best care. The crew's enthusiasm, teamwork, morale & commitment are such an asset to this company. I would like to show my heartfelt gratitude to Edward, Jay & all other staff whom I can't name them individually but their smiling face & dedicated work attitude is greatly appreciated. You can tell by their interactions, they are not just employees but they work as a family. Good job. You guys rock.
