Could not use oven as door hinges needed repair. Crawford said they only had one hinge in stock, suggested waiting for second hinge before service person came. After about 3 months! wait I asked to have it looked at to confirm problem. Staff came with no tools, did not even try to repair. Said repair will be $400 and should get new stove. We could not find a new stove to our liking, so searched further for a repair service and found a company that sent their staff, complete with tools, who took apart the oven door and fixed it for one flat fee $130. Would never use Crawford again and suggest you do not.
