From start to finish Josh and team were great! I originally had three different quotes from different contractors. Josh wasn't the cheapest, of the bunch but his quote was reasonable for the project. Josh was flexible enough to let us do some of the work ourselves to keep the costs down. He worked with us to schedule the subcontractors and was super flexible in allowing us time to do our parts As we started in the middle of the pandemic timelines flexed and expanded so the full project was closer to be around 4 months instead of 6 weeks. That said the sequencing of the subs was painless and working with Josh was easy. All in all I'm very happy with the quality of work that Josh and his team provided. Our experience was great and we now have a warm and useable space in our basement. The biggest impact in our lives was having our laundry room finished as part of this project. Highly recommend Josh and Al.

We booked Urals after we got screwed around with another company. They were professional and efficient in all our dealings, from the estimate to the packing and moving. All our belongings were packed well and with care. Having moved several times previously, we can honestly say that our experience with Urals was exceptional and one of the best moves we've done. If we need to move again, we will gladly use them once more.
