NO SHOWS TWICE - DON'T USE THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY
I chose this company because they had a reasonable price and a good booking date but they disappointed me twice when they provided a confirmed time and were NO SHOWS. When I reached out to let them know of my disappointment they didn't even respond. DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY.
A/C leaking water all over the furnace room floor
We had previously used SAR to service an older furnace in our new home. To our surprise, there was now water leaking on the floor after we turned on the A/C in our new home for the first time. We called SAR and they came the next day and diagnosed the issue as being a 20 yr old A/C unit on a newer build! They were honest and fast and we are hoping they can assist us further in the future. Very happy with their service.
