Chimney repair and window sill rebricking
The job was a bit bigger than they had anticipated. Additional problems with the chimney were identified and fixed right away, with no extra cost. I asked to add some masonry y repairs to 2 windows sills that I noticed were chipping. They replaced 7 bricks, the same day, and repaired problems with caulking that they noticed. Their clean up was excellent, including ensuring the eaves were cleaned. Just before leaving they went back onto the roof to make a last check of something that didn’t seem just right to them. Now that is service and pride in a job well done.
