I contacted Todd to clean the carpet on a newly purchased home before moving in. The appointment was scheduled via text and confirmed a couple of days before the date. Todd was very professional, courteous and responsive, and he even gave us some helpful tips on how to clean the kitchen tiles. The whole process took about 90 minutes (empty house), and there were no surprises on the final pricing. The results were amazing! Especially because the previous owners had a black cat. It completely changed the smell of the house. It was a pleasure working with Amazing Results and I will definitely contact them again in the future.

We're very satisfied with the service, the booking process was a breeze and Mike was great to deal with, answering our questions and making recommendations. The inspection took about 2 hours (it was an empty house). The report we received was very thorough with pictures, links with further explanation, and recommendations / call to action.
