Went to Hwy 7 and Yonge Home Depot to get price quote on 10ft x 13ft high deck and the removal of old builder's deck about 5ft x 5ft. Gilad from Deck Space called back sometime later, came over the house and gave quote on the spot. Price was good and was given the contract a short time later. Gilad took over the rest including all the necessary paperwork for the permit. The final result looks great and sturdy.
