Was lucky to get Rainbow’s crew out early this season for our backyard makeover. From the initial appointment to the clean-up all went very smooth. Wife and I love the way the interlock turned out along with small garden wall. They even helped removing some old trees for the artificial grass company we used. Appreciate the extras and have referred them twice this summer so far. Everyone asks who we used so Thanks to the guys and to the owner Rob who stopped by on the final day for a check in.

Nathan came back today after being here last year for a Dishwasher fix. Today was an obstruction. In and out 30min and lots of details about what he was doing while auditing the situation. Gave me tips on how to prep the dishwasher and check myself next time there is an issue if I wanted. (I don't :) - Knowledge and overall Service cannot be higher with any other Appliance company here in the Toronto area than with this Appliance Ninja. If you are checking around and wondering, stop now and make the call to Appliance Heroes !!!

Had some zebra blinds done by Window Fashion Depot in Dec 2018 for a few windows and all went well at our place in Vaughan. Alon did the Measurement, explained the details, choices and we even took the blinds installation since the price was fair. Will be calling back for more window coverings very soon . Highly Recommend to include this company in your hunt for overall great in home service.

Had Ari in last fall to do some stain removal on our sectional couch. The upholstery cleaning definitely came out cleaner than expected. Then we had 3 different carpet areas done. One was an area rug and a couple of bedrooms. The bedrooms were the worst because of the cream colour, but they came up ok, we weren't promised the world given it was builder rugs... but the filth, dirt and colour of water that was extracted from the rugs was unreal. Also liked that fact that it was explained to me each part of the process while doing the carpet and the sectional.

Our house is 14 years old and although I didn't feel we needed new gutters I figured a good cleaning and look over made sense. Also the downspouts seemed small and had begun to crack and fall off in the wintertime. So Peirce suggested larger downpipes and a new layout for one of them that would not only look better but also push the water further away from the side of our home. Everything went as planned , on time and when one of the guys found a leak in 2 corners, that discussion was quick and a reasonable fix too. A final headache I had was an old satellite dish on the side of the house and some 2nd level Christmas lights that I wanted taken down. All done ! Clean up was good as well so I was happy overall. This is the type of service I expect and they delivered.
