When our gas fireplace died this spring we did some checking around with 2 other companies before finding Charles through Home Stars. He was easy to contact, responded with good information and followed up with a visit to see the problem in person. Parts were difficult to source but Charles was successful. The work was done within a couple of weeks by Charles and his apprentice. Totally professional, clean job. We are very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone having issues with their gas fireplace.
