Skunk living under the shed. Yannick came to dig a trench and install a one way door. He came back a week later to remove the door and replace with wire mesh. Very professional and friendly and reasonable price.
Mitch and team came to powerwash the pavers in the front and backyard, remove the dirt and weeds between the pavers, and replace with polymeric sand. They spent most of the day manually pulling weeds and did a thorough job of this, but the polymeric sand they applied never hardened. Whenever it rains the sand gets wet and the weeds started growing through again. Pavers are also covered in sand and wasnt swept well. Basically the whole job needs to be done again. I asked Mitch several times to come back and look at it but he never did and this was two months ago. I would not recommend to hire Mitch. The job wasnt done properly and he refuses to acknowledge this or make any attempt to rectify the problem. He told me for months he would come back to see but he never meant it, he just gave me excuses and hoped I would eventually forget about it. He lacks accountability and professionalism.
