Terra was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the home inspection she did for me - my Realtor recommended her because he's had really good feedback from all his clients, and I can agree with his recommendation. She was very willing to answer any and all of my questions, both about potential issues, but also the process of home inspection itself. By the end of the inspection I was very confident that I had a good survey of both potential future issues, but also what had been well taken care of in the home, that the sellers had done a good job of maintaining. The final report produced was very detailed, and very useful.
