From placing the order with James to Ron delivering the barbeque to my place, the service was speedy and excellent in every step of the process. Especially when Ron delivered the barbeque to my house, he made every effort to ensure the barbeque is fully ready for a birthday party the next day...he was supposed to just drop it off on the driveway, but he insisted to help me move the heavy barbeque down the stairs to my walkout-basement backyard, tested the burners and gave me great advice about the burn-in and the maintenance going forward. You can tell that they walk the extra miles to make sure your experience with them is great. I highly recommend Topfire.
