Update January/2024 CFR did not show up for the Endorsement from Examination on July 13, 2023 at the Oshawa Small Claims Court. Update April/2023 CFR did not show up for our Small Claims Case and was found in Default. CFR rents the house he does Business from. CFR doesn't even own the car he drives. We fully intend on doing everything we can to recoup our losses and ensure he stops doing this to others. July/2021 We had such high hopes for this pool. CFR pools sold us a Dream and we bought it. Unfortunately, we were completely misled. None of the work was completed. We were left to shovel gravel, fix the fence, and finally hire other contractors to finish the job.
