Jeff and his associates did a wonderful job refinishing several challenging pieces of fine and/or antique furniture that had belonged to my parents and grandparents.They did a thorough estimate of work required, and invited me to drop into their shop throughout the process so I could make decisions on colour, etc. Jeff did a lot of little extras for me, so that the old furniture would be strong and usable. Subsequently, Jeff did some on-site finishing for me. A true gentleman, and very skilled, thoughtful, trustworthy, respectful, reasonable, and fair. No surprises here! I am delighted with their work and followup. I will be sending him some more pieces in the future, and have no hesitations in recommending him. M. Toronto
