Mark and his team not only replied right away but was eager to help find our problem. Within 3-4 days we had him booked and they got right up in the attic and figured out some issues with our bathroom vents. They were very knowledgeable and open about options to help with moisture in our bathrooms - they even cleaned our vents for us that were in fact very dirty. They didnt hesitate to get onto the metal roof and check the vents there too. I feel better knowing we had Mark and his team fix and verify our vents are all connected and working as they should. He also did a quick check on our HVAC system and we needed to replace the filter. He had one in his vehicle and added it to the invoice - easy and hassle free. Thank you!

I got 3-4 quotes and Fredi came in as the most personable, honest and reliable person. He came every day and pushed through as efficiently as painters can. Stayed late to finish his goals for the day. It was a 5 day project (ceilings and trim and walls ). LOTS of them. We’re very happy with his work and will definitely hire Fredi again for phase 2! This team was amazing! Not only did they go to the house without use there because we were busy packing at our current house. They squeezed us in. Called a couple times before, called while they were at our new house with some details of the project. These guys are top notch as worth every cent. They sent before and after pictures and explained in detail some things we knew nothing about. Would def use them again! Highly recommend. They have class, they are trustworthy, and actually care about what their job is supposed to accomplish in the end.

Sid was top notch when it came to the first point of contact. He was very thorough in our quote and meeting him in person helped us decide 100%. He wasn't pushy or trying to oversell us. His quote was very very reasonable and his guys who came to install the windows and doors were amazing. They were there to work and get the job done efficiently and good quality. Our house is very old and these guys knew what they had to do to get our "custom" measured windows in the right way. They also were able to re-use our original shutters which is not an easy job as they're also custom sizes. I wouldn't use anyone else and would definitely go with Sid again. Adding to why we choose Lifetime is because they did have several options (styles, colors, etc) We were not overwhelmed and appreciated that Sid offered his opinions at times since he's the expert. Thanks again Sid and his team! Would definitely recommend again ad can't wait to use these guys again.

BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS! These guys went above and beyond all expectations when it comes to Arborists and "tree-cutters". First and foremost they were very knowledgeable about the trees they were cutting down for us. They were extremely flexible with booking and did a little extra cutting for us in the same area. They filled us with information about our trees/plants in our backyard that we had no idea about. They did not rush through this job. Safety first for them. I did not get their names but I would highly highly recommend Maple Hill Tree Service. Honest, approachable, open to suggestions and giving suggestions. I found them while they were working in the school yard in Peel and I am so glad we did. I honestly can't say enough about this group of gentlemen who were well mannered to top it off! We did bring out some coffee and cookies for them because they deserved it! Great company, great group of men! We look forward to having them back to do some more work in out backyard! There won’t be enough words to explain how awesome Dan was from this company. We had been screwed over 2 times with an AC repair person (1 who is not on homestars) Anyway in this crazy heat wave they came out to or house and repaired what needed repairing all while explaining what was wrong, why and how. What he did to fix it and why he used what he used. He cane inside to check the unit and waited while the repair was complete to ensure full cool air was coming out. Very nice guy, very honest guy. Would have him back in a second! Thank you Martino HVAC- so happy we found you!! Highly recommend you guys!

The entire process was flawless from beginning to end. Booked them online, received an email confirmation not once but twice with 1-2 phone calls to confirm day before. Great guys to talk to, very nice, straight to the point. Adrian came this morning and what is usually a 2 hour job was a bit longer because of how much stuff needed to be vacuumed out! He was clean and out everything back into place once he was done. I could tell he took his time and even dusted the exterior of the vents after. Will continue to use them! And was given a discount for repeat customer which saved a lot!! Thank you Paul, Adrian and team for making our second experience a great one!

I just want to say thank you to Heather from this company in helping me design my large single hung kitchen window. I went in and we got right to the point, easy, friendly and helpful. I shopped around and they're prices AND customer service brought us back to them! Thank You Again!

This is the second time using Ridgeway Design Centre and I thought I wrote a review last year! I am all for trying new places, shopping around etc. but alas, Ridgeway Design was the best one for the following reasons. 1. Michelle is not only attentive to what your likes and dislikes are but she does give her opinion on why this and not that. And not in a "selling" type of way just as a knowledgeable designer and obviously from experience 2. between several other stores they were able to price match backsplash (marble) tiles for the lowest price 3. It's truly a one stop shop and NOT in a bad way. We are getting our counters, grout, and undermount sink with them. The undermount sink was half the cost of the same one at all of those places mentioned above 4. Customer service (Michelle) is amazing and very personable...she helps you right to the end and if you're unhappy, she is right there to fix it! 5. Their selection is amazing with so many choices, and price points. First time we used them was our bathroom now we are doing our kitchen and can't wait to get it started in February. highly highly highly recommend you go to this place!

We first found Le when we lived in Milton, ON and he installed a carpet runner for us. What started off as a small project lead him to not only turn our "Blair witch" basement laundry room into something exciting to go into but he's completed a full bathroom Reno, our deck, and severa small projects along the way. We live fairly far away from him but he's continued to travel for us. I could make this entry very long and I will post pictures at some point but I'm so glad we found "our guy" and I would trust him in our house by himself and his crew- great guys and might I add very polite! Would highly recommend Le. He not only gets the job done but he's efficient with no bullshit on the side. He might even do a little extra that he thinks adds value and so far he's nailed it for us. He's been around for a while but just got onto homestars so I'm more than happy to be the first to review! Photos to come. P.s. He's now embarking on gutting our kitchen and I can't wait to see the finished project!

Once again, Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning showed what customer service is all about. Not only did they come in a timely manner and communicate before and after their visit. It was the end of "window cleaning" season and they still fit us in! I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the spring! thank you!

Adel's team came to the house and were very professional, efficient and easy going. The reason for the nine star rating is because there was a small mis-communication on what exactly the packages entailed. After posting this review, Adel called me shortly after and explained in detail what was mis-communicated and that he was sorry. I could have been at fault for this but no matter what he insisted my satisfaction no matter what it cost. I cannot say enough about a company willing to go that far to ensure complete client satisfaction. Thank you to Adel for your complete professionalism and patience in understanding and helping me understand the mis-communication.

This company went above and beyond our expectations to fix what was wrong. I cannot tell you how pleased and excited to brag about the finished products. Darren (the owner) took the time to accommodate us to come over in person and apologize. We're human, we all make mistakes but it's how we fix it that matters is basically what he said and it is true. He called numerous times and sent messages trying to schedule a time to meet with us to let us know what they were going to do to fix it and I cannot begin to tell you again and again how amazing our steps looks! And even better they did it when we were away last week and sent us a message right away and pictures. And after a 6 hour drive in traffic let me tell you coming home to the front steps was a perfect end to a loooong day! Thank You Darren and your crew from A & A Masonry, we would definitely recommend you to others. Really appreciate everything you have done in the past couple months.

Shopping around can be stressful but as soon as I spoke to Oliver, I knew instantly who I was going to go with! No only was he extremely friendly, honest, and flexible but very very fair in pricing. The one thing I really liked is that he was not able to give us a definite EXACT start date because of how busy they were and possible weather disruptions. But the reason I liked that he didn't tell us a specific day is because I knew he was honest. Turns out that the day I contacted him to get a better idea of a start date, that SAME morning a knock on the door and it's them!!! He decided to somewhat surprise us since it was smaller job and was able to do it. Some people may not like that but i sure did!!!!! The only thing is I didn't have the funds ready at the time so he was totally cool with as soon as I had them we can do the exchange. Overall, I would definitely contact Oliver back ANYTIME! Very very very impressed with them and the way they were honest and up front about pricing, style, and double checking exactly what we wanted. Even the guys that installed the iron rail were so nice and patient while I had to move cars and try to get my 2 active little girls out the door in the morning. Thank You again Oliver and company! amazing job and very very impressed!!!

So far dealing with Frank has been great. He replies right away and although our doors were not ready in the 7-10 day time frame they provided, Frank apologized and said they found a scratch so they sent it back it get it fixed. The first guy that came and measured was delightful and extremely knowledgeable. I can't wait to see what the final product will look like once installed!!!

Our Saturday could not have gotten off to a better start. Derek and his crew showed up at 8:40 am with his crew of 7! And they we're done trimming, cutting, shredding, and cleaning at 9:40! What a great guy (very approachable) and nice guys working for him. They came in, got the job done and didn't leave any trace of a "mess" behind, They knew t they were doing With our 50-60 year old catalpa trees and we are completely 100% satisfied!!! We will DEfINItELY use them again. Price was better than most and their attitudes reflected their work ethic=. Outstanding!!! Thank you derek and crew!!!

I highly recommend Green and Spotless. I called 3-4 other places and not only were the prices better, but the efficiency of the job was remarkable. I had a deadline and Alec worked with me. Came and picked up the rug and dropped it off in a timely manner. It was literally spotless. and he even informed me of extra information that was helpful to care for the rug going forward. Alec was able to get ALL of the stains (in question) out and even the color of the carpet/rug was more vivid. Will definitely use this company again!!

Brandon was very quick to respond and answered all questions. Mike came on Good Friday to do our windows. He was very personable and quick but VERY efficient. Would use them again for interiors another time. Happy with a job well done!

Why isn't Mississauga listed? Anyway, had a diagnostic test done because the heater was acting up. The guy that came was very nice and explained that I should try a different filter. However, why didn't he pick up on the RECALLED plexvent/plexvent II/ultra vent piping right above his head? What did I pay $160 for????!!!! A 15 min job???? Not impressed. Very disappointed. A Professional should have picked up on that immediately!

We found Victorious flooring online and would use them again in a second. Mark was prompt and very professional. He explained the types of carpet and under pads they have and gave suggestions on which one to use for particular areas. In our case, we were on a budget and went with the middle priced one. He didn't try and push anything else, he just informed and let us decide. He answered any questions we had before, during, an after installation. The installers were efficient and cleaned up as well! Would highly recommend this company.

I called Kent after reading reviews from here and the reviews hold true! He was great, out of the 4 quotes I received, his was the most detailed, honest, and he even walked OUTSIDE to look at the roof vents. After I had already researched types of insulation and what is safest, he had already recommended the type I "favored" and explained how much they blow in and why. He went up in our attic himself where as other quotes I got, they used a camera and didn't bother actually going up INTO the attic. The minimum inches for insulation is 13", he put in 15-16"". He also fixed a few loose boards which was not "discussed" in the quote and sealed some other vents that needed it. There was a small portion of our roof where the shingles were folding up because it was where an old chimney was. Without asking him, he took it into his own hands to tell me he was going to fix it. Kent and his crew were great and informative. For all of the parents out there, the guys even made sure the babies crib was covered completely because of the dust. They also cleaned an vacuumed everything like they were never there! And at the very end, they asked if I wanted to go up and see for myself. Highly recommend them again! Thank you, Kent!!
