My husband and I had a severe leak from a cracked upstairs bathtub that created a massive leak into the ceiling beneath. The unfortunate part is that its a split level between our living room and our dining room separated by a large bulkhead for the plumbing. Adam was prompt at returning our call and setting up a viewing to give us a quote. After inspecting the damage and assessing the difficulty he was very helpful in explaining the work involved and the cost to do the job itself. We also didn't have to wait very long to have him and his crew come in to complete the work whereas other quotes we got had us waiting for several weeks to over a month before we could get it completed. I couldn't believe the care that was taken to protect our furniture as well as our valuables from the work involved. They even took the time to not only clean up their mess after the job but took care of cleaning everything else in the work area making my life so much easier. The ceiling looks better than it did before the damage and we can not tell there was any damage in the first place! The quality, professionalism, timeliness, and cost would make us choose Adam again for anything with our ceilings. In fact, we are thinking about smoothing our top floor ceilings and will be going with Adam later in the new year (just have to convince my husband!).

From setting up the evaluation which generally we try and accomodate a 24hr window after the initial contact to finding a convenient date to commencing work, we always place a high priority on customer satisfaction. Although this project did present some particualr problems, I am glad that we could address these immediately and bring your ceilings to a finish better than expected.
