Was contacted by Reza who gave me an estimate for the installation.Gazebo was actually a huge project which I had originally intended on doing myself..realized soon enough that it required a lot more patience and expertise than I could muster!! We agreed on a price and Reza was at the house early the day of the start of the product.couldnt have found a more pleasant and courteous individual with his helper Asif..both worked diligently and quickly to complete the project which took almost 3 days. It looks amazing..Reza dotted all the is and crossed all the ts in his completion of the jobeven making sure the structure was anchored solidly to the concrete base so that it would not move. They cleared up all the packing materials and left the back yard in a completely clean state.I would definitely recommend these guys to others for renovation products around the housewe are looking forward to enjoying the gazebo for maybyears to come!! Thanks again Reza and Asif for the hard work you guys put inhope to collaborate with you again on future projects!!

Simon and his crew arrived exactly on time.They were courteous and efficient and managed to get the whole job done over about a 9 hour period. Simon had come earlier to look at the roof and give us an estimate for the cost of the jobhe was definitely very competitively priced and he kept his word on his promise of a professional experience. His crew worked tirelesslyeven taking shorter breaks to make sure the job was completed before rain arrived later in the day but without cutting any corners. They made sure all our plants and potted flowers etc were protected and they made good on their promise to leave the property as if no one had been thereeven taking the time to thoroughly walk around the property with a magnetic broom to remove any stray nailswe have yet to find one a couple months after they were here!! All in all it was a very positive experienceAnd I would definitely recommend Simon and Guildwood roofing to anyone..in fact 3 of our neighbours are interested in changing their roofs also.
