My bungalow needed all the windows replaced as the front windows were original- from 1959, and the last replacement done was in 1996. Sofia did the original assessment, followed by a follow up from a Vitaly who came to double check the measurements before the order was placed. Once the windows came in, Vitaly and his team quickly installed the windows. We changed 6 basement windows, a bathroom window, 2 windows in the kitchen and 3 from bedrooms, 1 small corner window and a massive window in our living room ( practically a full wall), total of 14 windows) Although we did have a delay due to the COVID 19 supply chain issue (delaying the largest of all windows- the bay window), they were quick to install and remained focused on the job. Vitaly and his team built a bay window (as I never had one before) and it changed everything! Everyone who saw them after were glad they were done, and my neighbours can’t stop complimenting the work, especially since our house now looks significantly better than it was before all the work done by Aurora Windows.
