Installed smart thermostat, found and fixed furnace leak
Came when they said, answered my questions about my furnace and installed my smart thermostat. During testing of the thermostat a leak in collector box was noticed and sealed. THANK YOU very much.
Pre-sale inspection noted several areas of concern, including heat sync, roof repairs and areas to be monitored closely. Due to large furniture obstruction, was "unable" to see areas of basement. FAILED to notice signs of major leak from under "renovated" area.
