not happpy

Have used these guys for quite a few years and would have agreed with the above reviews, but my last experience was rather unpleasant with a very unprofessional technician. Very disappointing to after 6 months get an invoice for the crappy service with no discount. Not even sure my generac was serviced properly... here's hoping!
