Our AC unexpectedly stopped working & Mike sent out a very knowledgeable & efficient tech to check it out. He quickly determined the problem & we decided to buy a new unit. Response time for communication was extremely fast and the prices were fair/competitive. They (Mike & his tech) installed the unit quickly and to the specifications we asked for. Communication is key. There is no sense in investing money into a unit that's on its last legs. We always assess and give you the options.
