We reached out to James after many attempts to contact the company that installed our roof (not even two years ago) about an ongoing leak. He responded almost immediately and was able to send a crew member out the next day to have a look at our roof. Within a couple of weeks they removed and replaced the roof on a good portion of our home. James and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable.
