A small town experience most definitely, very helpful staff and also extremely knowledgeable about the products. Appreciate being allowed to take home flooring samples to match colours. A great experience overall!
Very impressed with this home builder- after building with numerous other builders in the past, the professionalism and willingness to work with the customer must be commended. The salesperson Ed is amazing and fantastic and extremely helpful. What a positive and enlightening experience.
Built two homes with Jager, both required us to be on them constantly to make sure they didnt constantly take shortcuts. In one of our homes, six months we found out that part of the house hadnt been insulated. They also hadnt properly sealed an area, which then had mold. After constantly complaining, they did send someone to fix the mold issues. We tried to take it up with New Home Warranty but it didnt seem to do anything. We often joke that we should bring Mike Holmes into our house, because he would absolutely tear it apart. Not at all impressed with the customer service, product, quality or followup of this company.
