There's certainly no class to this company. They have great prices on their appliances which is the only reason we've used them more than once. Their customer service is non-existent and they rarely ever come when they say they are. I had them deliver 2 appliances on July 26 after days of them not showing up. Wes and the son who came with him did such a sloppy job. They unpacked the appliances halfway and were actually going to leave them in the middle of the room until I insisted they install them properly. Even then when the son was done and left, he still left it in an unfinished state. So disappointed especially when you're trying to support a small business. Last time using them for sure.
