I appreciated how quickly someone was able to come to my house. (next day) Antoine was very helpful in explaining how mice nest and operate their colony and why setting traps was not helping despite the fact the traps were catching mice. I also found the cost quite reasonable for the service being provided.

I had a ceiling fan to install in a ceiling 12' high and a little more complicated than I felt comfortable with. Martin had an electrician at my door at the very first date I had available and the unit was installed promptly, complete with all trims, and tested to my satisfaction in less than two hours. The electrician checked with me to see if I needed anything else before he left. I was happy to find I was able to pay my invoice on line as well.

This was my second experience with Great Dane. I called because a duplex outlet I had replaced was tripping a breaker but staying live. Martin arrived promptly at the agreed time with a phone call letting me know he was on the way. After I explained what had been happening, he explained what he thought had happened, examined the circuit and identified the problem as a faulty breaker. He went out and bought two replacements so I would have a backup (my request), replaced the one in my panel and was finished within an hour. I have been using my garage as a wood working shop but having troubles with extension cords and limited power use because there was only 1 circuit in the garage. I requested quotes from 3 local electric contractors to add 3 more lights and another circuit with 4 electrical drops on the garage ceiling and got the best quote from Trevor at Great Dane.
