So, I called to renew two of my multiple business locations. Transferred from Canada to USA to Canada, from tech to CS to Sales, left to dead air calls twice... So.. I got fed up and cancelled instead.. They need to fix their IVR / Extensions on their agent desks and their agents need to improve their listening skills..... I had to ask multiple times.. "is this canada? Is this business support"
