We just got our sectional sofa, after a 10 week wait, but that was expected. Our delivery men, Floyd and Nathan were exceptional. They came on time, were polite, made sure to keep things tidy by removing all garbage and even offered to help move existing furniture to see what configuration would work best for us. After owning a Sklar Peppler couch before, I am hopeful this one will last just as long. I am surprised, however, that the stickers dont say Sklar Pepplerthey say Havertys Furniture. Im confused.

I am extremely happy with Denys' work on our windows. They have completely updated the look of our house and we have noticed a significant difference in energy efficiency. Denys was punctual, tidy and met his projected timeline. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him. I was quoted by many companies and Denys was the most budget-friendly.

We are very pleased with our experience with Rio Stone. Their service from start to finish was prompt and professional. I originally emailed them for a quote, Sue followed up quickly with several quotes on different materials for our kitchen counter top. When we went to the showroom, we dealt with Uri who helped us finalize our decision by giving us the pros and cons of our options. He was never pushy, he was reasonable with the pricing and all his promises were delivered. Our quartz counter-top was delivered and installed as scheduled. A special thank you to Marius, the templater, who was very meticulous and made sure that things were exactly as we wanted, and to the installers who paid great attention to detail, were extremely careful and cleaned up when they were done. John did a remarkable job with our basement bar. He was helpful with picking the finishes and respected our design wishes. He made sugggestions but ultimately did what we wanted. Our basement is now a beautiful entertainment haven and we always receive wonderful compliments.

We hired Elite Designed Concrete to design and construct our patio, walkways and porch overlay. Raffy and Marcelo were both great to work with. They were patient and always cared about the final outcome of their staff's work. Their crews showed up promptly at 7:30 everyday and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. We were regularily updated on our project's progress and the only delays were a result of rain. We have no reservations in referring Elite to anyone requiring concrete work.
